Lawn bowls

Vistabella Golf’s sporting facilities include a lawn bowls green in Jacarilla, in the province of Alicante. Part of the club since 2010, it gives visiting golfers another sport to keep in mind when looking at what Vistabella offers beyond golf. The facility has also served as a venue for national and regional competition.

The green at a glance

Built to international requirements, the lawn bowls facility has eight rinks and measures 37 × 37 metres. Those dimensions give it a square footprint, with the eight rinks making up the playing space. It is a lawn bowls facility within Vistabella Golf, rather than a separate club location.

Championship history

The green hosted national and Valencian Community championships in 2011 and 2012, in the years following its addition to Vistabella. Its competition record therefore covers both national and regional events. For visitors interested in the club’s wider sporting background, that championship history is a notable part of the lawn bowls facility’s story.
