Golf academy

For golfers visiting Mijas, in Málaga province, the golf academy at Mijas Golf Club brings together practice areas for long shots, approaches and putting. Its facilities include a range extending beyond 300 metres, a chipping green with a practice bunker and a separate putting green.

Full-bag practice

The practice range is more than 300 metres long and allows you to train with every club in the bag. You can focus on a particular club or work through several during a session, rather than restricting practice to shorter irons. It provides the space for longer shots before switching attention to the short-game areas.

Chipping and bunker shots

The chipping green was renovated in 2024 and includes a new bunker for practising shots from the sand. This allows approach practice and bunker work to form part of the same short-game session.

Putting practice

Renovated in 2012, the putting green covers 500 m². It completes the practice facilities with an area dedicated to putting, alongside the spaces for longer shots, chipping and bunker play.
