Golf Maioris clubhouse

The clubhouse at Golf Maioris in Llucmajor, in the Balearic Islands, brings together the club’s reception, changing rooms, restaurant, shop and golf school. It occupies a chalet with two floors and a basement, providing 2,200 m² of facilities. Upstairs, a gym and a terrace complete the clubhouse’s range of spaces.

Finding your way around

For a visiting golfer, the main distinction is between the services on the ground floor and the facilities upstairs. Reception and the changing rooms are on the ground floor, alongside the restaurant, shop and golf school. These services share the same level rather than being spread between the two floors.

The gym is on the upper floor, where you will also find the terrace.

Views from the terrace

The upper-floor terrace looks out over the golf course and towards the Sierra de Tramuntana. Those views connect the clubhouse with both the course and the mountain landscape, giving this part of the building a different outlook from the service areas below.
