Golf Campo de Layos driving range

The driving range at Golf Campo de Layos in Toledo has 20 practice bays and a depth of 250 metres. For golfers including some practice in their visit, the main distinction between the bays is cover: ten are covered, while the other ten are open-air.

The practice area

Half of the range’s bays are under cover, giving golfers a choice between covered and uncovered positions. The 250-metre measurement describes the depth of the practice ground rather than the width of the hitting area.

The key details for planning a practice session are:

• 20 practice bays in total.
• Ten covered bays.
• A range depth of 250 metres.

Drinks and a small bar area

Alongside the practice space, the facility offers amenities, drinks and a small bar area. There is therefore somewhere to pause for a drink as part of a practice visit, with the bar area complementing the range rather than being its main focus.
