Golf academy

For families considering golf during a visit to Málaga, the golf academy at Club El Candado offers lessons for children from the age of five. The club also has a driving range, where buckets of 20 balls cost €1 and are available until 21:00.

Children’s golf lessons

Five is the stated starting age for children’s lessons. If you are considering the academy for a child, this gives you an age threshold to work from when deciding whether to include lessons in your plans.

Driving range

For a practice visit, the useful details are the bucket size, price and availability: 20 balls for €1, with buckets offered until 21:00. The per-bucket price gives you a straightforward basis for deciding how much to spend on balls.

Keep the two parts of your visit distinct when planning: the minimum age applies to children’s lessons, while the 21:00 cutoff refers to the availability of range buckets. These are the practical starting points for a family considering lessons or a golfer planning some practice.
