Aldeamayor Club de Golf

Aldeamayor Club de Golf brings together an 18-hole course, a nine-hole par-3 course and practice facilities in Aldeamayor de San Martín. The club is in the province of Valladolid, in Castilla y León, 15 kilometres from the city of Valladolid. For golfers visiting the area, its facilities offer a choice between playing a round and spending time on their game.

Two courses to choose from

The 18-hole course was designed by D. Juan Ligués and has a par of 70. It measures 5,676 metres from the white tees, providing a distance reference when considering a round here. This is the course to focus on if your plans call for 18 holes.

Alongside it is a separate nine-hole par-3 course. It gives visitors another format to consider rather than simply choosing how much of the main course to play. When planning a visit, the distinction is straightforward: an 18-hole, par-70 layout or nine holes of par-3 golf.

Having both courses at the same club is a useful part of the offering. You can base your visit around the format you want to play, with practice facilities also available on site.

Practice beyond the driving range

The practice facilities include a covered driving range as well as areas for short-game and approach practice. That combination gives golfers more than a place to hit range shots: there are also spaces dedicated to working on shots closer to the green.

A practice session can be the focus of a visit or form part of a day that includes a round. If you are considering Aldeamayor for training rather than course play, both the covered range and the short-game areas are worth noting when looking at what the club provides.

Academy and golf shop

Aldeamayor also has a golf academy and a pro shop. These sit alongside the two courses and practice areas, bringing play, training and teaching together at the club.
